Steps

Deep fry the anchovies and set aside.

In a large pan, add oil. When hot enough add pork and cook until about 80% done.

Add garlic and ginger onto it.

Once the pork is all done then add anchovies and chopped spring onions on it.

In a another bowl, add 2 litre of water and add chicken stock, broccoli, and mushroom, cook for about 5 mins.

Add noodles to the pot and continue cooking until noodle is all cooked.

Serve the noodle with soup and minced pork on the top.
