Ingredients

  • 1 bunchpalak/spinach leaves
  • 4potato/aloo boiled chopped
  • 1 cuppeas frozen
  • 1 cupcorn boiled
  • 4spoon cashews
  • 4green chilli
  • 1/2 inchginger
  • 1/4 cupcoriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 2spoon ghee
  • 1spoon jeera
  • 1spoon coriander powder
  • 1/2spoon jeera powder
  • 1spoon garam masala
  • 1spoon kasuri methi
  • 1spoon lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Separate the palak leaves wash and blanch it, grind it to a smooth paste with coriander leaves,cashews, green chilli,ginger..

  2. 2

    Heat ghee in a kadai add jeera then add potatoes,peas,corn fry for a while.

  3. 3

    Now add salt, coriander powder,jeera powder, kasuri methi and give it a nice mix after a few seconds add palak puree mix it well and add some water.

  4. 4

    Cook for a few minutes add garam masala,lemon juice and mix it again. Palak Aloo Matar is ready to serve with roti/rice.
