Ingredients

  1. 250 g|Fettuccine
  2. 200ml|cream 20%
  3. 80g| Parmesan
  4. 1garlic clove
  5. Spices
  6. 1yolk
  7. 1 tablespoon|Butter

    Grate the cheese on a fine grater

  2. 2

    Cook fettuccine

  3. 3

    Add cream to the yolk

  4. 4

    Mix

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan, add garlic and simmer for 1-2 minutes.

  6. 6

    Then reduce the heat, add the creamy mixture and, stirring constantly, heat (do not bring to a boil) the sauce for 5-7 minutes.

  7. 7

    Add fettuccine and cheese. Mix

  8. 8

    Add whatever you want!

    Ta-da!
