4 small eggplant cut into thin slice, with oil and spread the eggplant then cover let it cook by its steamed till its soft, stir occasionally

Add the 2 ready to eat or leftover steam Chinese Wine sausage with 2tbsp soy sauce (break into small chunk) and 3 tbsp of filippo berio hot chili pesto then mix well and add spring onions then cover for another 2 minute
