For making custard :-
Keep 4 tbsp chill milk separate to blend the custard powder
Boil rest of milk with sugar when it starts boiling add custard mixture & stir it
nicely so no lumps there. Let is cool down
Stir it occasionally so no lumps or no thin layer on it - 2
Put the jelly powder in 2 cups of hot water and give it 1 to 2 boils
Strain it half in a bowl & half in a plate {so u can cut it in ur desire shape } let it cool down at room temperature
Keep it in refrigerator for it to chill - 3
Take in a big bowl { so u can mix all the things nicely } & stir custard nicely & add the 4 cups of almari custard
Grate apples on custard & stir, cut apples on custard & stir { so color will not change } cut banana on it & stir
Add cocktail fruits { drain & keep it in refrigerator 1 day before so all water dry }
Add mangoes, grapes, pomegranate, oranges, & cashew nuts
Add crushed jelly & stir it nicely
Transfer in serving bowl & garnish with jelly shapes & fruits
Serve chilled
