Ingredients

  1. 2 tspsesame oil
  2. 2eggs, beaten
  3. 2 cupfresh asaparagus, chopped
  4. 2 cupfresh mushrooms, sliced
  5. 3/4 cupcelery, bias-sliced
  6. 1/4 cupgreen onion, bias-sliced
  7. 2 clovegarlic, minced
  8. 1 tbspcooking oil
  9. 3 tbspsoy sauce
  10. 2 tbspdry white wine or cooking sherry
  11. 1 dashcayenne pepper
  12. 3 cuprice, cooked and chilled
  13. 6 ozwater chestnuts, sliced
  14. 1toasted sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Scramble eggs until set, then remove them from pan. Add cooking oil to same skillet and stir fry veggies and garlic until crisp-tender. Stir in liquids, cayenne and rice. Cook and stir about 2 minutes longer until heated through. Stir in eggs and garnish with sesame seeds.
