Air fryer steak

I like steak but nor cooking it! I don’t like undercooked or rare or even medium rare. I like it extra well done! Cooking steak in the pan or roasting it is a tricky business. Attempting to get the perfect sear, avoiding undercooking (in my case) the steak and dodging splattering oil can cause some stress. This is why I rarely make steak.
But this air fryer steak recipe is easy and truly fuss-free. I kept it simple with just olive oil and seasonings. It was quick and easy with no splatter or mess in the kitchen!

The steak was impeccably seared on the outside and tender juicy on the inside. I’m not exaggerating when I say this is a perfect steak. For me, at least. You can set the temperature to 200°C/400°F and cook for 7-9 minutes for medium rare, 10-13 minutes for medium or 14-15 minutes for well-done. Make sure to flip the steak over at the half way point.

in a little over 20 minutes, you'll have a perfectly done steak to slather with homemade herb butter. If you're looking for an eid dinner to impress without any added stress (or a messy kitchen), turn to this steak dinner into a scrumptious meal with a side of mashed potatoes and boiled peas toasted in some butter and seasoned with salt and pepper. For extra flavour slather the steak with homemade herb butter.
