Sabudana Khichdi

First strain soaked sabudana and keep aside for 15 -30 minutes.
Boil 4,5 potatoes.
Then roast cumin seeds and ground nut and grind it 👌 - 2
Then heat the kadhai,and pour two spoon ghee or safola oil then add cumin seeds,curry leaves, chopped chilli, some ground nuts.
Roast it nicely.
Then add boiled potatoes And roast it four minutes then add sabudana and mix it nicely.
Sprinkle ground nut and cumin seeds grinded powder and black pepper powder and mix again.
Roast six,seven minutes in sim flame 🔥. - 3
Now sabudana Khichdi is ready for serve sprinkle some chopped corriander leaves 🍃.
