Veg layered biryani
Steps

Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil add potato and French beans in it and cook for 2-3 minutes

Add all the spices and salt in it and cook the mixture well and keep it aside

Now take a another pan add butter in it and add 1 finely chopped onion in it and saute it well now keep this aside

Take a kadhai grease it with oil and butter and layer the sliced onion

Now add the layer of cooked rice add fried kaju and coriander

Now make the layer of French beans and potato mixture

Again make the layer of cooked rice and cover the kadhai with with lid and cook biriyani for 10-15 minutes in low flam

Garnish the briyani with coriander kaju fried onion and onion rings
- 9
Veg layered briyani is ready to eat
