Ingredients

  1. Filling
  2. 5-6Apples, cored and sliced
  3. 125 mlSugar
  4. 5 mlGround Cinnamon
  5. 5 mlVanilla Essence
  6. Topping
  7. 250 mlGluten-free Flour
  8. 160 mlOats
  9. 250 mlSugar
  10. 1 mlSalt
  11. 10 mlGround Cinnamon
  12. 60 mlPlant Butter, melted

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180°C.

    For the filling:
    Combine the Apple slices with the Sugar, Ground Cinnamon, and Vanilla Essence in a bowl and until all of the apples are well coated.

    Place the apples in a prepared baking dish.

    For the topping:
    In a bowl, combine the Gluten-free Flour, Oats, Sugar, Salt, and Ground Cinnamon. Add in the melted Plant Butter until well combinedand crumbly.

    Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the apples.

    Bake for 45-60 minutes until the apples is soft and the topping is golden brown. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
