Preheat oven to 180°C.

For the filling:
Combine the Apple slices with the Sugar, Ground Cinnamon, and Vanilla Essence in a bowl and until all of the apples are well coated. - 3
Place the apples in a prepared baking dish.

For the topping:
In a bowl, combine the Gluten-free Flour, Oats, Sugar, Salt, and Ground Cinnamon. Add in the melted Plant Butter until well combinedand crumbly. - 5
Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the apples.

Bake for 45-60 minutes until the apples is soft and the topping is golden brown. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
