Dragon Potato is a Chinese flavored potato dish. As its name suggests, its main ingredient is potato. When going to eat in a restaurant, this dish is usually found in the starters portion. The taste of this dish is slightly spicy. Along with being spicy, this dish is also crispy. The Chinese sauce used to make the dragon potatoes gives this dish a nice Chinese flavor. This dish can be served as a starter for breakfast or dinner.

Dragon Potato is a Chinese flavored potato dish. As its name suggests, its main ingredient is potato. When going to eat in a restaurant, this dish is usually found in the starters portion. The taste of this dish is slightly spicy. Along with being spicy, this dish is also crispy. The Chinese sauce used to make the dragon potatoes gives this dish a nice Chinese flavor. This dish can be served as a starter for breakfast or dinner.

Wash the potato with clean water, peel it and cut it into 1.5 cm thick. These slices of potato should be washed two-three times with water.

Add corn flour, chickpea flour, pepper powder and salt to taste in a bowl and add little water to make a slurry. The prepared potato slices are to be dipped in this slurry.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the potato slices dipped in the slurry.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies and chopped onion and saute it. Then add chopped capsicum.

Now add soya sauce, vinegar, Shezwan sauce and tomato ketchup. Mix everything well and let it simmer for two minutes.

Take three spoons of water in a small bowl, add corn flour to it to make a slurry and add it to the pan. Mix everything well and let it simmer for a minutes.

Add the fried potato chips and mix well.

So the dragon potatoes will be ready to serve.

While serving it can be topped with white sesame seeds and chopped green onion leaves.
