Steps

Take a heavy bottom pan, brush it with ghee. Now add milk for boil. After one boil add malai & grated paneer.

Stir it till turn it into thick consistency. Now add cardamom & khaand. After proper cook transfer it into a bowl for cool.

Now keep this bowl in refrigerator for 1 hour. Make puree from mango. This puree mix into ready kheer.

Garnish it with pistachios slices & chirogi. Again keep it in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Delicious mango cheena kheer is ready for serve.
