On Saturday I mostly prefer Dal Makhni with rice along with green salad and masala buttermilk... it's awesome..
Steps

Wash and Sock black udad and Rajma for at least 1 hour.
Then pressure cook them for 3-4 whistles,
Drain the water..(I sply don't use boiled water)
Crush onion tomato chilli garlic ginger,add tomato puree,mix it and kp aside. - 2
In a large pan add ghee and oil,
Add all tadka ingredients and let it sputter.
Now add onion tomato mixture, garlic slices,kasuri methi and sauté till oil release..
Add curd and all spices,mix well so the curd doesn't crack.. - 3
Now add boiled udad,rajma,water and coriander leaves,
Let it boil till reduce water consistency.
Lastly add kitchen king masala and lemon juice,boil for a while and remove from the gas.. - 4
Transfer Dal Makhni into the bowl and prepare for second tadka.
In a small pan add ghee,when ghee is hot,add cumin seeds and red chilli powder and pour the tadka on Dal Makhni..
Sprinkle coriander.
Beat the cream and garnish on tadka and coriander..
Yummy Dal Makhni is ready..eat with rice and salad..
