Sweet potato chaat

First put some ghee in a cooker, then put sweet potatoes in it, add a bowl of water and blow a whistle, then switch off the gas and do not let it boil.

Now when it cools down a bit, peel it and cut it into pieces

Now put oil in a pan and fry these chopped sweet potatoes on low heat then switch off the gas.

When it cools down a bit, add all the spices. Add scallions, tomatoes, onions etc. and mix well.
