2 cupbesan
100 gmroasted badam
1 cupsugar
1/2 cupghee
2Elaichi powder
1/2 cupWater

Steps

Roast besan in ghee till colour changes. Add roasted and crushed badam.

Make sugar syrup by add water and Elaichi powder
3

Add the besan mixture to the sugar syrup and keep stirring continuously till it is smooth paste.grease a plate with ghee and spread the mixture evenly. Give desired shape.difficult to cut when it is set
