First take a bowl and wash Bhagar two times and soak for 2-3 hours. And wash sago and soak it 1 hour.

After 2-3 hours Bhagar and sabudana will soaked. Then mixer it with little water.

Make smooth batter,then add salt and sugar and mix it well.take a nonstick tawa add some ghee and spread a batter evenly.after some time shift another side.

Hit a pan add some ghee then add green chilies,salt and boiled potato slice and make bhaji for fast. Bhagar dosage and bhaji is ready to eat.
