Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  • 300 gramSweet potato / 2 medium size
  • 2 tbsppomegranate seeds
  • 2 tbsproasted peanuts
  • 1 tbspchopped raw mango
  • 1no green chilli finely chopped
  • 1/4 tspblack salt
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/4 tspChaat masala
  • Salt as taste
  • 1/2 tspsugar powder
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 2 tbspgreen chutney
  • 2 tbsptamarind chutney
  • Coriander leaves as needed

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Place sweet potato in pressure cooker with water to cover. Bring it to full pressure (1st whistle), then turn off and set aside to cool before opening. Drain and peel when cool.cut into round pieces and keep it aside. Prepare all the ingredients side by side.

    Add all the dry ingredients in sweet potato first Gently mix with a spoon.and Transfer to a serving platter

    Now add both chutneys and pomegranate seeds, peanuts, raw mango and mix well.then garnish with coriander and serve immediately.
