I made super tasty, tangy Sabudana Vada that are perfect for fasting days, and they're made without deep frying!

To make Sabudana Vada, soak the tapioca pearls for 4 hours, then drain and place them in a bowl. Add the grated potatoes.

Add the roasted peanut powder, finely chopped green chili, grated ginger, and curry leaves broken by hand. Add rock salt, black pepper powder, and lemon juice.

Add cilantro and mix everything well. Grease your hands and shape the mixture into balls.

Grease and heat an appe (paniyaram) pan. Place the sabudana balls in the pan, add a little ghee on top, cover, and cook.

Once one side is crispy, flip and cook the other side the same way. The vadas will be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Your tasty and healthy Sabudana Vada, made without deep frying, are ready! Enjoy them with tea or chutney.
