First of all take little millet in a bowl, wash it nicely,rest it for 10 minutes

Take potato and ginger wash, peeled and grated them,cut green chilli

Take a kadai,hit oil,add cumin seeds, peanuts, curry leaves,dry red chilli cinnamon, cloves cutting green chilli, saute for 1 minutes

Then add grated potato, ginger, turmeric powder, Red chili powder stir it(you can skip turmeric in a fast)

Lastly add kutaki, salt, water mix it well, cover the lid for 10 minutes, in between stir it

It will cooked after 10 minutes, serve hot with curd, you will enjoy tasty, spicy small millet kichadi

Here you can take more veggies like carrot, bottle gourd, tomatoes.Try it
