Ingredients

  1. 1 pack (12.8 ounce)tostadas
  2. 4 cans (14 ounces)Goya Artichoke hearts (drained), cut in half
  3. 1/2 poundSliced red onions, peppers combination
  4. 1/8 teaspoonblack pepper
  5. 1/4 teaspoonadobo
  6. 4 clovesfresh garlic, minced
  7. 1/3 cupOlive oil
  8. Fresh spinach
  9. Shredded cheddar cheese cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Place your tostadas on a large baking sheet ……..

    In a bowl combine your cut up artichoke hearts, sliced red onions and peppers, black pepper, adobo, minced garlic and olive oil, mix well………..

  3. 3

    Line each tostada with spinach first, then top with your veggies in olive oil, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top…….

  4. 4

    Place baking sheet into your broiler and broil until cheese has melted or tostada is golden on top……..Serve and enjoy 😉!
