Steps

Wash and soak lentils for four hours.

Grind soaked lentils with ginger and green chilies using minimum water

Take out the ground mixture into a bowl

Beat the mixture well with fingers, add salt and beat again.

Add chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, 2tsp spice powder and mix well
- 6
Heat oil on medium heat and fry pakoras on medium flame till golden color.

Serve hot pakoras with green coriander chutney and tomato ketchup.
