Take boiled potatoes

In moderately heated pan add oil, allow to heat, add all whole spices and allow to crackle. Then add boiled potatoes + green chilli and sauté for 3-4 minutes
Add all spices along with 2 tbsp water so that spices don’t burn and sauté for 3-4 minutes till spices turn aromatic. - 3
Add 2 cups water and cook for 4-5 minutes under high flame.

Lower flame and cook further for 3-4 minutes, add Ghee, simmer for around a minute and dish is done.

Serve with Poori and enjoy fasting.
