Keep all the ingredients ready. Cut the fruits into one's own desired size. I kept them medium, neither too big nor too small. Similarly deseed the fresh dates as well. And cut each of it lengthwise.

Now comes the tossing part. Add everything required for this healthy and a nutritious salad to a bowl. Top it up with both the seeds. Mix well and it's all done.

Apart from fresh dates and seeds, nuts of one's own choice can also be added. But I preferred seeds this time. Simple and easy. Delicious and a healthy Brunch on a weekend or for that matter any day of the week when you want to indulge in a healthier wholesome food.
