Take a large bowl and add lemon juice, coriander seeds, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, salt, carom seeds, red chilli flakes, garlic paste, yellow food color, black pepper, dried fenugreek leaves and mix it well. Now cover the marinated fish with cling film and let it rest for at least 2-3 hours or overnight in the fridge.

After complete the marination time add gram flour and mix it well and then add 2 tbsp water (if required) and mix it well.
Now take a non-stick wok or pan preheat the oil on medium flame. Fry the fish pieces in batches until golden brown in colour. Your Lahori Fish Fry is Ready! - 3
#Tip:
Do not over crowded your fish other wise fish is soggy.
You can use any type of fish in this recipe like cod, Haddock, sea bass and salmon as well.
