This is one of the unique and my favourite savory dish which you can enjoy during Fasting or in your regular routine breakfast, this is made up of Rajgira flour which is very healthy and added some nuts to them lip-smacking Chivda.
Steps

First of all sift the flour of Rajgira in a big bowl and add salt to it and make a soft dough with water. Apply 1 teaspoon of oil on top and knead.

Grease the sev maker with oil. Put a part of dough in it. Heat the oil and fry the sev on medium flame. Take it out when it becomes golden crispy.

Once the sev is ready, fry the peanuts, potato katri, and cashew nuts.

Heat ghee in a pan and saute fennel seeds, raisins and curry leaves in it. Switch off the gas. In the same pan, mix all the other fried ingredients.

Add all the spices to this Chevda and mix it. Farali Chevda is ready. Rajgira sev chevda can be stored in an airtight container for few days.
