Cook the rice over medium heat with the water and cinnamon.

Once the rice is cooked, drain it and set it aside.

In the same pot, add 3 cups (700 ml) of the milk and the stevia. Stir to prevent sticking.

In a bowl, mix the remaining milk with the cornstarch and vanilla. Stir well.

When the milk in the pot starts to boil, add the rice and the milk-cornstarch mixture. Stir until it thickens.

Once it comes to a boil, it's ready! Serve with plenty of cinnamon on top.
