Steps

In a pan take water,put on gas fr boiling,
Wash chana and transfer in boiling water.
Let it boil for 5-7 mnts.
Drain the water and cover the chana in the cotton cloth and kp it fr 5-6 hrs. - 2
Now open the cloth,.
Make all the chana on the flour and bang slowly with a hammer or any heavy thing to flatten it.. - 3
Fry all flattened chana until bubbles go,
Remove on kitchen ppr to absorb the Extra oil.
Transfer into the bowl.
Add chat masala and lemon juice,toss it slightly..
Chanachur is ready to eat...
