Ingredient : black rice

Wash and soak black rice for 1 hour

In another pan add milk and let it boil,now add black rice, stir constantly till rice is cooked properly.

In another pan heat clarified butter add raisins, cook on slow flames for 2 minutes, remove from pan. Roast cashew nuts,almonds and pista in same pan.

Now add sugar and roasted dry fruits in milk and cook till sugar melts completely. Now transfer to serving bowl. Can serve hot or cold too.
