Ingredients

Serves 1 serving
  • 5.5 ozground beef (160 g)
  • 3.2 ozbell peppers (90 g)
  • Fresh parsley
  • A fewslices of red onion
  • 4dill pickles
  • 2 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
  • Iodized salt
  • Black pepper

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the bell pepper into chunks and slice the red onion into rings. In a skillet with hot olive oil, add the peppers, onion, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add the ground beef and slice the pickles into rings. Cook for 4 minutes.

  3. 3

    In a large, hot skillet, warm the piadina and add the filling to one half. Fold it over and cook on both sides. Serve immediately.
