Rinse the whole chicken carcass and pat dry with paper towels. Do not salt, do nothing else with it.

Sprinkle salt into a baking dish. Distribute evenly.
В форму для запекания насыпать соль. Распределить равномерно.

Cut the apple into halves, cut off the third part from the lemon, crush the garlic cloves with the flat surface of the knife.
Яблоко разрезать на половинки, от лимона отрезать третью часть, зубчики чеснока раздавить плоской поверхностью ножа.

Lay the chicken on top of the salt, on the back. Place apple, lemon and garlic inside. Fasten the legs.
Уложить курицу сверху на соль, на спинку. Поместить внутрь яблоко, лимон и чеснок. Ножки скрепить.

Put in an oven preheated to 190 degrees. Bake for approximately 1 hour 10 minutes.
