Wash the fillet and marinate with salt, set aside for 15 mins

In a pan heat oil and add the fish fillet and on medium flame fry 2-3 mins each side

In a bowl add softened butter, lemon zest and lemon juice, black pepper powder and mix well.

Once the fish fillet is fried set aside and apply the butter mix generously

Plate and enjoy 😊
