Today I have made tasty delicious healthy dragon fruit smoothie for breakfast. It's very easy and simple quick recipe.

Today I have made tasty delicious healthy dragon fruit smoothie for breakfast. It's very easy and simple quick recipe.
Steps

Heat a kadai, dry roast oats 2-3 minutes on low flame till golden brown and fragrant. Now add milk, mix it well and cook another 3-4 minutes on low flame till oats are done. Keep aside for cool down.

Take a grinder jar add dragon fruit pieces, banana pieces, honey and cooked oats and blend it well, make the Smoothie, if required add few spoons of cold milk. Smoothies is ready.

Pour the Smoothie in the serving bowl and garnish with chia seeds, roundels of banana pieces, pumpkin seeds and melon seeds.

Enjoy the healthy life in a bowl of Smoothie.
