In a mixer jar add left over Rice. Into Rice add buttermilk/curd & salt. If you are adding curd, then add equal quantity of water while grinding.
Grind into fine paste. - 2
Transfer ground mixture into a bowl. Add rice flour into ground mixture. If the mixture is thick add more buttermilk or curd. This makes the desired consistency of mixture. If mixture is thin add more rice flour.

Combine & mix rice flour into ground mixture. Cover & rest the mixture for 15 min. In the meantime chop curry leaves, green chilies, coriander.

After 15 min, add chopped chili, chopped curry leaves, coriander. Combine & mix well. Heat oil in a kadhai Or pan.

Drop small pakodis into hot oil one by one. After 3-4 min, flip pakodis. Fry till golden & crisp.

Take out ready pakodi into plate. Serve hot with green chutney & tomato ketchup. It tastes crunchy & delicious😋.
