Paneer Kulcha Recipe is a popular variety of leavened flat bread stuffed with cottage cheese and seasoned with spices.
Steps

Heat 1 tb sp butter in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter add chopped onions and saute for 1 minute. Now add garlic ginger paste and saute for 30 seconds.

Add all dry masala ingredients and mix well.

Now crumble paneer with hands and mix in this onion masala well.

Add chopped coriander leaves and garam masala. Stuffing is ready.

Cut kulcha in 2 equal halves. Apply butter on one side. Now spread this stuffing in one half and cover it with the other half. Grill it for 5 minutes.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup and masala tea..
