Today I have made tasty delicious healthy breakfast recipes with barnyard millets vegetable upma. It's very easy and quick recipe.
Steps

Wash the barnyard millets 3-4 times with water, then soak them for 10 minutes in sufficient water. Then strain it with the help of a strainer.

Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds, let them splutter then add udad dal, chana dal, curry leaves and saute few seconds. Now add chopped onion and fry them some times, add grated carrots, grated ginger, peas, chopped green chillies and salt, mix it well.

Cook some times then add soaked barnyard millets, mix it properly.

Now add water, cover and cook on low flame. Once all water evaporate and cooked properly and dry up too, then add chopped coriander leaves, mix it well. Upma is ready.

Barnyard Millets Upma is ready to serve. Garnish with fried cashew nuts and cranberry.
