In a Small Bowl, Add all Dry Ingredients, & Mix well.

Mince Garlic. In a Soup Plate or Bowl, add @ a Tbsp of the Seasoning Mixture. Add @ 1/2 to 1 tsp of the Minced Garlic. Pour @ a 1/4 Cup or more of Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the Seasonings, and Stir. Grate over some Parmesan, if desired.

Serve & Enjoy with some Slices of Warm Rustic Bread, or Bread of Choice. See my Easy No-Knead Bread recipe for a Quick and Delicious option.

Store remaining Dry Seasoning in an Airtight Container. Refrigerate any Leftover Minced Garlic in an Airtight Container.

NOTE: You can Also use Fresh Herbs in this Recipe, Instead of Dried. Fresh is always Fantastic!
