It’s a quick and healthy recipe full of flavour. Perfect for a lazy day.

Mix the dosa mix and water until you see no clumps in the batter

Chop the onion, garlic and green chilli finely and pan fry them in 1 tablespoon of olive oil for 3-4 minutes. Add turmeric and salt to the mix.

Add the fried mix to the batter and add some fresh cilantro to the mix

Heat the pan. Drizzle some oil on the pan and pour a ladle full of the batter into the heated pan. Spread the batter as you would for a pancake.

Flip the dosa when the bottom is nice and firm.

Let it cook for a minute or two and your dosa should be ready to be served.
