Stuff rock hen cavity with whole unpeeled elephant garlic flanked by two lemon wedges, pierce rotating spit through stuffed game hen, lemon wedges and garlic, rub outside skin with sweet red paprika powder, rotate in airfryer on rotisserie till the game hen liquids run clear, about 30 to 40 minutes at 400F degrees till crispy and golden and 165F degrees inside. 22 ounce stuffed rock hen needs ten more minutes than 20 ounce bird. Cut in half, remove garlic and lemon.

Meanwhile, perforate both half pound unpeeled Idaho baker potatoes with fork and carve slices on top to let steam escape, microwave 6 to 7 minutes till they soften, slice open, stuff with mixture of chopped garlic from chicken, chopped onion stalk and greek yoghurt, cracked green pepper on top, serve with rock hen. Dispose of bones in garden fermenter. Enjoy.
