Barnyard Millet dosa

Wash Barnyard Millet 2-3 time with drinking water and soak for 1/2 hour.

Drain water from Barnyard Millet and add in one mixie jar add curd in it and grind in to the thick paste. Take out the paste in one bowl now add salt and eno pour little water adjust consistency and mix altogether. Dosa batter is ready.

Take one small bowl add pav bhaji masala and Red chilli powder add pinch of salt also and mix altogether. Masala is ready.

Switch on the gas,Keep one dosa tawa on flame let it get heated now spread little oil on tawa and pour one full ladle dosa mixture on tawa spread in circular shape let dosa Cook now sprinkle ready masala on dosa pour little oil on all sides then flip to another side cook for 2 minutes again flip to front side dosa is ready now take out in one plate. Serve branyard Millet dosa with tomato sauce/chutney.
