Take all ingredients together. In a heavy bottom pan dry roast flour for 3 to 4 min on mideum flame.

After that add ghee in it. Again roast it on low flame. Stir it continuously.when flour turns into golden brown add dry fruit pieces.

After 2 min of roasting add khaand & some basil leaves. Now off the gas flame, but stir it for some time to avoid khaand turns into hard pieces.

Churma is ready. In Hindu culture generally on Monday & purnima fast churma prepare for bhog ceremony.
