Take onion, garlic and ginger, chilli and grind it. Take a pan. Add water, boil it. Add some salt and soya flakes. Switch off the flame. Cover it. Take a pan, add oil. Add asafoetida

Add freshly grounded onion, garlic, ginger and chilli. Saute. Add chopped tomato. Add other masala.

Saute for some time. Squeeze the soya flakes. Add in the pan. Add salt. Mix it well.

Add green peas. Mix it well. Continue to cook on low flame for some time. Serve hot with Roti.
