Also known as Smooth stone Peach or Smooth bit Peach. Peaches are indigenous to India. They are sweeter when fully ripe and acidic or tart when unripe.

Wash and clean the fruit thoroughly. Pat dry and cut it into pieces lengthwise. Thick or thin is absolutely your choice. I have kept them medium thick.

Arrange them on a serving platter and just sprinkle the rest of the ingredients. Give it all a light mix. And that's it.

It's all done. Nothing much complicated nor anything fancy required. Just a simple and a healthy Fruit chaat is all ready to dig in. Enjoy!
