Mix all the ingredients to make soft dough. Rest for 1/2 hour. Make roti on medium flame. On both sides

Ina pan add oil and ina hot oil add oinon and saute on medium flame. After 2-3 minutes add capsicum. For paneer marination add all ingredients, add paneer cubes mix well. Rest for 10 minutes.

Add grated carrot and paneer. Mix well. Add sauce. And filling is ready.

Roast roti with ghee. Spread tandoori mayonnaise and ketchup put filling in center. Fold from both side and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
