Take ragi flour & besan in a deep bowl. Add little water & make a thick paste. Now fine chopped veges add in this paste.

Add dry spices also in it. Mix them very well. Keep it away for 5 minutes. Pre heat nonstick pan or tava.

Drop some oil on it & clean it immediately with tissue paper. Now take a laddle full of batter & spread on tava in round shape.

Some oil drops put at the upper side of pan cake then flip it to cook the another side.we should cook it on mideum low heat.

When cook both sides take off & serve it garam garam with curd or green chutney.
