  • 1/2 cupbajri flour
  • 1/2 cupjowar flour
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsporegano
  • 1 tbsponion,tomato and capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1/4th cup warm water
  • Oil for greasing the paratha

    Mix the flour, salt, oregano, red chilli flakes, oil. And knead the dough with warm water.

    Make small balls, and knead small parathas. Cook on medium flame on both sides. Greasing the oil

    Serve hot with curd, tomato sauce, coriander chutney.
