Cream-Cheese Cake Fudge

Cream cheese recipe:-
In a pan, heat butter for 2 mins on low flame. Now add milk and milkmaid together to get mixed. this will help to sweeten the cream cheese.
Now add cheese slices and stir well so that cheese should get melted and mixed.
separately whisk, corn flour and maida in a small bowl. And then add into the mixture. this helps to get mixed and forms consistency.
stir continously for 10 mins,until it thickens.
Now place the cream cheese into other vessel and cool it. shown in image. - 2
Chopped dryfruits into 2 pieces each

In a bowl, smashed those 3 vanilla cupcakes and add red food colour as shown in image.
mix the colour well. It looks like red velvet cake. - 4
Now equally set the smashed cake into 3 glasses as shown in image.

Now spread the cream cheese over the smashed cake. In the image you can see how it shows below layer of red cake and upper layer of cream cheese spread.

Now decorate with chooped chocolate, colourful cake sprinkles and chopped dryfruits.
Finally serve the dessert.
