Soak ragi overnight next day drain water completely and tie ragi in muslin cloth. Let it minimum one day.
Let check it should be sprouted. oak rice dal par boiled rice wash and soak for 4-5 hours. - 2
Grind smoothly ragi sprouts and rice dal par boiled rice with some water transfer mixture in bowl cover with lid keep aside for fermation for 7-8 hours.

Check the batter add salt to taste and sufficient water check the countency of batter droping little thin countency

Now heat up tawa spread oil once it heated well spread a ladleful batter evenly on tawa drizzle some oil cook dosa till crispy

Serve hot with any chutney or samber.
