Squeeze fresh lemon to take the juice, discard the seeds and collect the juice in a bowl

Take sugar in a pan
add water stir it consistency, and cook till a half string and cool down completely. - 3
Then add lemon juice, ginger juice salt and black salt to it. Don't add lemon juice when the sugar syrup is hot, cool completely and then add otherwise it get bitter.
Lemon syrup is readyStore this in a clean glass bottle.

Take 2-3 tsp lemon syrup in the glass add cold water and ice stir it and serve.
