Steps

First take oats a bowl wash and soak for 15 mins.

Drain the water and wash it once more.

Now add two spoons of oats in each jar topped with dry fruits of choice.

Pour 100 ml of soy milk in each jar. Chop banana and top it off on the soy milk.

Sprinkle cinnamon powder cover, do not mix now chill for 2 to 3 hour or overnight and serve chill. Very heavy for breakfast and it’s a go to breakfast. Note: the banana itself is enough for the sweetness so I have not added extra sweetener.
